How many of you hit the gym on a regular basis? What sort of workout routine do you have and are you trying to bulk up, cut or lose weight? I've been getting back to going to the gym on a regular basis (6 times a week) since I have slacked off big time after coming back from a deployment. I am doing a 3-day routine twice a week. My goals are to build up my strength and also lose a couple inches on my waist at the same time. To do this, I'm cutting out all sodas and am trying to cut out fast food as long as I can keep chicken in the house to bake. Monday: Chest / Triceps Tuesday: Back / Biceps Wednesday: Shoulders / Legs / Light Cardio Thursday: Chest / Triceps / Abs Friday: Back / Biceps Saturday: Shoulders / Legs / Light Cardio Sunday: Rest Day...it's football season!
